The Farm

We couldn't not take Jax to a pumpkin patch.
We got all bundled up and drove in the rain to The Farm on Saturday. It was cold, and wet, and muddy and fun. We got caramel apples and apple pie and chile and cornbread and pumpkins. We watched a duck race and played in corn kernels and held kittens (which the workers grab from you with no warning after like 60 seconds). And Jax got to sit on an old tractor. It even stopped raining!

It was a perfect day.

P.S. Christmas music has begun...

:)

  6. So cute! I can't wait to have a kid and be able to take them to a pumpkin patch! I'm so jealous you get "real" weather there! It's still 84 degrees in San Diego and does NOT feel like fall..although I feel for all those on the North/East coast with the crazy hurricane weather! :(

  13. Oh my goodness, look at that little cutie pie in the pumpkin patch! I really wish we had those up here, it would be so fun to take the kiddos to one.

And yes, the Christmas music has started here as well. We didn't even make it past Halloween this year.
