On the 31st of last month, we were at the lake. Jonah was jumping on the trampoline and fell right onto his pinkie finger! He was so tough and barely cried that at first, I didn't think much was wrong...till I saw it. Poor guy totally broke AND dislocated his finger right on the growth plate. We got it sprinted in Tonasket and then rushed home to get to a specialist who cast it a completely different way than they had placed in Tonasket! I have still been so out of it from chemo...happy, but out of it. Thank goodness for my mom who went with me to the specialist appointments. I am laughing posting the picture of me with Jonah as he's getting it casted because I honestly have zero recollection of that day. I know I was there but I don't remember one thing about it. I think my mom had to tell me where to walk and what to do! I just remember smiling a lot so I seemed normal and not bald and drugged out on chemo drugs. LOL. Dr probably didn't buy it hahaha. Jonah was so tough. Didn't even flinch. Loves his blue cast! We love hospitals this year.
