CRUISIN'!

Grandma and grandpa took our family on a cruise last week for Christmas. We had so much fun eating, relaxing by the pool, eating, snorkeling, eating, shopping, eating, swimming in the blue ocean,
oh...and EATING.

We went on the same ship that we went on last year...last year when I was eight weeks pregnant and puking about five times a day. I was a little worried that I wouldn't be able to eat the food because of the "memories" with it...but the food was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G...better than it has ever been. I ate two desserts a night at dinner. It was lovely :)

Jax was so cute in the sun. He got to dip his feet in the ocean for the first time and even got his first little sunburn (which was so sad). Our stateroom had one big bed, so we got to snuggle with Jaxboy every night. (I think McKay has secretly missed sleeping with him- I know I have!)

Prepare for picture overload:

Boys played b-ball

Cute series of events:

I love watching McKay be a daddy!

Little dip in the water!

Falling asleep on grandma

Hotties of the cruise!
*every night, all of these boys (minus McKay) would do a "Hot Lap" at dinner. It was a "lap" to look for "hot" girls.

My brothers are studs- I'm a little protective. I don't know if I will ever approve of anyone for them...
oh well.

Sisters!

They found a sea urchin

Heaven!

Laci and her cute hat!
My mom didn't even try to get a lower price because this lady "didn't beg"
I think my mom paid her extra! haha

We found this little stand selling coconuts and sugarcane. McKay served a mission in the West Indies and would get coconut and sugar cane just like this, so we had to try some! I thought it was SO good! McKay said that it wasn't as good as his mission, but we had lots of fun trying all of it. I especially loved the sugarcane. I hope we can visit his mission one day!

Sleeping Jaxers and my cute sis!

Jax felt a little claustrophobic in our room and cried/fell asleep every day while we got ready for dinner

Don't worry, we were watching him...he didn't fall!

First little sunburn :(
I felt horrible! We seriously LATHERED him in 70 every hour! That sun is just too strong!

The best grandma and grandpa in the world!

...

And here are me and Jax by the little hospital. We spent so much time together there on our last trip and it was so good to visit this place again- happy, healthy, no IV's, no shots in the bum and no wheelchair.
Just me and my baby boy!

We were so sad to leave!

Thank you grandma and grandpa for such a fun trip! We love you guys so much and are so grateful for all the fun memories we all get to make together!

And here is my ghetto suitcase...it broke.

  2. I realize that we've never met... but I know your sister in law madi (so maybe that makes this less weird) and I found your blog on hers. Just thought you should know that I love reading your blog. You've got a cute little family!
